Raed Abdul-Mon’em Hanafieh

Raed Abdul-Mon'em Hanafieh has successfully contributed to numerous projects with CCC, focusing on the development of BIM, 4D, and 5D processes, as well as engineering coordination. He has been instrumental in creating automation solutions to generate automatic models and produce material take-offs from BIM elements.

Over the past years, Raed has trained more than 150 engineers on BIM workflows, specifically related to MEP systems and subsurface utilities in infrastructure projects. His expertise has significantly enhanced project efficiency and the implementation of advanced digital tools.
