ZIGURAT Summit 2024: Artificial Intelligence, BIM, and Sustainability

Following its last edition in São Paulo, the ZIGURAT Summit is returning to Barcelona on the 20th of June. Sponsored by ALLPLAN and Revizto, the event titled “Construction Changemakers: AI, BIM, and Sustainability”, promises to be a meeting point for visionaries and international professionals in the construction sector.

“This third edition of the ZIGURAT Summit aims to go further and become the hub of ideas that will shape the future of our industry,” says Pau F. With this goal in mind, the Hotel Catalonia Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona will be the venue hosting the six panels of the ZIGURAT Summit, which will occur simultaneously in English and Spanish.

The sessions in English will revolve around the following thematic axes:

Urban Futures: How can we design resilient cities for an ever-changing world?

We will dive into innovative design, sustainable practices, and technological advancements that can transform our cities into adaptable and flourishing environments. Discover actionable insights and inspire your approach to urban planning in an increasingly uncertain world.

The speakers will be Chris Dymond from Unfolding, Guillermo Corral from ZIGURAT, Cynthia Echave from the Government of Catalonia, and Ruth Gow from Bax & Company.

The Era of AI: How is it Redefining the Industry?

In this panel discussion, we will explore how AI is revolutionising construction and share both current and potential applications of Artificial Intelligence in the sector, as well as the challenges and opportunities in its implementation.

The panel will feature speakers Jesús Perucho from bim+partners, Oana Taut from infrared.city, and Salomé Araújo Martins from SKAAI.

What's Next in Digital Transformation? Exploring Trends, Challenges, and Sustainable Solutions
