Marianne Knibbe is a professional trainer and consultant at LearningWaves (NL), where she helps people perform their jobs more easily and enjoyably.
During her 18 year career as planner and project organiser in several large civil engineering and infrastructural projects, she became passionate about the Lean philosophy and applied it in many engineering- and construction projects.
She now teaches site-engineers and project managers how to make the building process more efficient, easier and even more fun!
