ZIGURAT Institute of Technology will take part in Digital Construction Week 2026 on 3 and 4 June, one of the UK’s leading events for technological innovation applied to the AECO sector. The event will be held at ExCeL London and will bring together professionals, companies and international experts linked to the digital transformation of the construction sector.
Digital Construction Week has become a key meeting point for discovering the latest trends in digital construction, from BIM, artificial intelligence and Digital Twins to robotics, automation, sustainability and new solutions for the design, construction and operation of assets.
The 2026 edition will bring together more than 9,000 professionals, over 150 exhibitors, more than 230 sessions and over 400 speakers, with a programme focused on how technology is transforming the way buildings and infrastructure are designed, built and managed.
As part of its presence in the exhibition area, ZIGURAT will have its own space at stand D157, where its team will be available to meet industry professionals, build new connections with the sector and present its specialised training portfolio in BIM, artificial intelligence, Digital Twins, Smart Cities and digital transformation applied to construction.
ZIGURAT’s participation in Digital Construction Week reinforces its international positioning as an institution specialising in online education for professionals in architecture, engineering and construction, with a global community made up of students, Alumni, lecturers and experts from more than 120 countries.
In addition, visitors to stand D157 will be able to access an exclusive discount on ZIGURAT’s master’s and postgraduate programmes.
One of the highlights of ZIGURAT’s participation will be the session “Beyond BIM: AI, Digital Twins & Real-Time Delivery”, which will take place on Wednesday 3 June, from 16:00 to 16:30, on the Information Management Stage.
The session will feature Lilian Ho, Associate Director at AECOM Engineering and Director of the Master's in Artificial Intelligence for Architecture & Construction, and Vicki Reynolds, Technical Director of Digital Estates at ONE Creative environments and Director of the Master’s in Global BIM Management.
The panel will explore how the AEC sector is moving beyond BIM through the integration of artificial intelligence, Digital Twins and real-time data in the construction and operation phases. Drawing on practical examples, the speakers will analyse how connected Digital Twins can help improve project delivery, reduce risk and generate long-term value in asset management.
The discussion will also focus on some of the industry’s main challenges, including data fragmentation, coordination between teams and the need to transform static digital models into living systems capable of providing useful information throughout the asset lifecycle.
Attendance at Digital Construction Week 2026 is free for industry professionals. Those interested in attending can register through the official event website and visit ZIGURAT at stand D157 during the two-day event.
