🔹 Applying Lean and Agile Principles: Discover how Lean and Agile principles are implemented in megaprojects to boost productivity and reduce costs.

🔹 Real-World Case Studies: Learn from successful examples of Lean and Agile implementation in major projects, including the BEAPE – SUAPE-PE Pool Expansion. Presented by Ciro Montes and Luan dos Santos Balbaroti from VIBRA Energia, together with project partners, this initiative involves the construction of nine storage tanks, increasing storage capacity by 104,000 m³ and creating around 350 jobs in the region.

🔹 Lean and BIM for Infrastructure Projects: Together with Bruno Mota (SIPPRO / Assystem), we explored innovative practices that increase productivity, reduce waste and improve collaboration across project teams. Discover how these approaches can transform the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, achieving more efficient and predictable outcomes.
