Jon Blasby es Director de Castiel Consultants y se dedica a prestar asistencia en la gestión de proyectos y costes a diversos clientes.

Convinced that business-as-usual is broken, Castiel is using the experience of its members to change the status-quo and transform the way organisations are structured, challenging traditional hierarchy and roles, bringing more equality, and encouraging a higher purpose to the work place.

Jon is convinced that this will create an environment that brings the best out of people and to lead and inspire purposeful change. His role in this journey, as Organisational Lead, is to bring Vision and Organisational Direction whilst protecting the Culture and Environment.
