Jorge co-founded enzyme APD in Hong Kong in 2015. With over 15 years of international experience across Europe, Southeast Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East, he has built a reputation for innovative design and technical expertise.
His portfolio includes major projects in master planning, mixed-use developments, and hospitality, as well as specialized expertise in aquariums, with notable projects in Vietnam, Morocco, Thailand, and South Korea.
