Iván Rubio is a professional with more than 15 years of experience in the implementation of Lean in companies in different industries such as Construction, Mining, Design, Manufacturing and Services in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Spain.
Professor of different training programs in Lean Management and facilitator of the program "Lean Enterprise: Optimization of Operations Processes" and "Lean Healthcare" of the LAI EdNet (Lean Advance Initiative Educational Network of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT).
Author of the book "Lean Construction and Collaborative Planning: Methodology of the Last Planner ® System", published by the General Council of Technical Architecture of Spain.
