Iván Gómez is a Building Surveyor with an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, Project Management and BIM. He has over 20 years’ experience in the AEC sector, having worked in architectural and engineering practices, and ran his own construction company for more than 17 years.
Over the past 15 years he has specialised in deploying technology in construction as a key driver to boost productivity and move the industry towards greater efficiency and industrialisation.
He is recognised as an expert in Extended Reality combined with BIM; he founded VT-Lab and is a regular speaker at BIM conferences thanks to his deep technical knowledge and teaching skills.
