Mechanical Engineer by the Universitat Politécnica de Cataluña, Master in Design review based on Failure mode, Lean thinking at Bosch School, Master in Business Strategy and Behavioral aspects of Management by ESMT Berlin and Executive Program in Circular Economy and sustainable strategies by the University of Cambridge. Francisco has more than 30 years of experience in transformation, engineering, process optimisation, organisational design, Lean methodology and circular economy, in industrial fields such as automotive, aeronautics, energy or banking. He has also worked in different regions in Europe, China, India and Japan and has been a member of the management team of companies such as Airbus, Bosch and Nordea. He is a pioneer in transformational cultural change and currently works at Construcía Group as COO.
