Módulo 1
¿Por qué construir con madera?

Conoce las propiedades del material y desmonta los mitos acerca del mismo, comprendiendo las grandes ventajas de la construcción con madera dentro del proceso de crisis energética y cambio climático actual.

Módulo 2
Cómo diseñar edificios con madera

Aborda los distintos sistemas constructivos en madera y los productos en base madera disponibles en el mercado y aprende cuál puede ser el óptimo, en función del tipo de proyecto a construir.

Módulo 3
Las herramientas para diseñar con madera a la intemperie

Descubre las propiedades de durabilidad natural de las maderas comerciales y recursos para su protección, a través del diseño. Conoce la aplicación de la madera en fachadas: tipo de productos, acabados, y soluciones constructivas. Se abordarán ejemplos de proyectos que han realizado un uso adecuado de la madera en exteriores.

TFP - Trabajo Final de Posgrado

En el Trabajo Final de Máster los alumnos propondrán un tema, objeto de trabajo en el marco de las área estudiadas en las distintas asignaturas. Consistirá en el desarrollo de un proyecto Smart City aplicable a alguna transformación urbana, contemplando los objetivos perseguidos, su diseño, los actores que concurren, su calendarización, la valoración económica, la financiación, la implementación, los resultados esperados y su evaluación posterior; de acuerdo con las instrucciones que se facilitarán a lo largo del Máster.
