Create architectural visualization projects in real-time.

Transferring faithfully and effectively the vision of the designed spaces to the client translates into a better understanding of the project. Virtual Reality enables a realistic visual communication that favors collaboration and allows anticipating future problems.

Accelerate your project developments by mastering the new generation of 3D tools.

Working in environments such as those offered by powerful and versatile software like Epic Games’ Engine 4 or 3D Max Studio, you will reduce rendering waiting times to add interaction to the experience.

Why you should choose this postgraduate program

1.

Integration of visual communication

Improves the architect-client relationship by designing interactive spaces. Involves the client in the creative process, making them feel part of the project.

2.

Simulation of real-world scenarios

Explore and improve the design process by generating different scenarios that will allow a more continuous review of the project. In this way, you will increase accuracy, rigor and efficiency in each of the processes.

3.

Innovation is a safe investment

Virtual reality is a low-cost technology, so the real challenge posed by architectural visualization lies in the evolution of our way of thinking, working and communicating.

4.

To gain a competitive advantage

Implementing this technology in your company represents a great opportunity to differentiate yourself from the competition in a disruptive way.

5.

To anticipate future problems

Real-time review offers the possibility of foreseeing all the problems that may arise with perspective and without the cost of materializing them. It avoids the investment of correcting avoidable errors.

6.

To enhance collaboration

Within the “virtual building” the technical, dimensional and economic specifications are attributed. In execution, access to it allows us to verify these data and to involve all the agents who participate in this information. Perhaps at a very professional level with very specific programming.

FCP. Final Course Project

For their Final Course Project, participants will carry out an exercise that will be framed within the training blocks that make up the program. In this case, the work will correspond to the delivery of a hyper-realistic 3D apartment that can be toured in real-time where the user will be able to interact with certain objects.
