ZIGURAT signs a collaboration agreement with the prestigious international architecture firm Bofill Taller de Arquitectura

ZIGURAT Institute of Technology has formalised a collaboration agreement with Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, one of the most internationally renowned architecture firms, known for its multidisciplinary approach, global vision, and commitment to quality and innovation in every project.

The collaboration stems from the deepening of ties between both institutions and a shared vision regarding the current challenges facing the AECO sector – particularly the digitalisation of processessustainability, and the need to promote new models of learning and collaborative work.

Álvaro Miranda, BIM Director at Bofill and a ZIGURAT alumnus, emphasises: “Bofill Taller de Arquitectura and ZIGURAT are embarking on a collaboration that brings together Bofill’s architectural vision and ZIGURAT’s educational innovation to drive digital transformation in large-scale projects. Together, we strengthen innovation and sustainability, preparing ourselves to successfully face new challenges.”

From its iconic headquarters La Fábrica in Barcelona, Bofill brings together architects from around the world through a methodology rooted in experimentation, craftsmanship, and collaboration with other disciplines. Each project is shaped by its specific context, avoiding standardised solutions and embracing uniqueness and critical thinking.

This agreement is part of ZIGURAT’s strategy to establish partnerships with prestigious international organisations leading the transformation of the AECO sector, reinforcing its position as a global educational institution and as a bridge between technical talent and professional practice in high-demand environments
