Anastasia Tsagka
Senior BIM Engineer / Architectural Engineer MSc / Lecturer of Master’s in Global BIM Management for Infrastructure Projects
While working at CCC, she was responsible for the effective development of Information Models for visualization, cost estimation, material take-off and project control. She has participated in knowledge transfer regarding BIM workflows and methodology, producing information models and reports, quality control and design coordination, methods of measurement for structural and architectural BIM using international standards such as CSI.

Issam El-absi
Chief Executive Officer and Director For a Group of BIM, Digital Construction and Digital Transformation Establishments. Academic Director of Zigurat Master’s in Global BIM Management for Infrastructure Projects
He initiated the BIM approach and methodology in Consolidated Constructors Company (CCC) in 1997; and managed for almost a decade their three main centers of excellence for providing BIM, engineering and project controls services in CCC group, with a total number of BIM resources approaching 200 engineers. He has participated in knowledge transfer of BIM-based systems for construction and post construction through several international and regional conferences and events.

Amjad El-Masri
Facility Management Expert
While working at CCC, Amjad was responsible for implementing advanced geomatics technologies, such as Indoor Mobile Mapping System, terrestrial static scanner, UAV, and machine control. He was in charge of establishing workflows for as-built BIM modeling based on point cloud data and GIS integration.
His main areas of interest and expertise include GIS technologies, BIM application in Facility Management and Operational Maintenance, data analysis, and preparation. He has been involved in various construction projects and holds an M.Sc. from the University College London (UCL). He is currently working as a Facility Management Expert in a retail company.

Maria Souladaki
Civil Engineer M.Sc. / Senior BIM Engineer
She was the Team Leader in charge of developing LOD400 BIM Models for fabrication purposes for the Abu Dhabi International Airport. Development of structural and architectural BIM models and material take-offs for Al Zahia Mall. Project manager in several multi-story residential buildings. Site engineer for Omonoia Station & Monastiraki Station (Athens Metro Line 2 & 3). Maria is co-founder and partner at M&S engineers and professor of Master’s in Global BIM Management for Infrastructure Projects.”
Join the change with our Master’s in Global BIM Management for Infrastructure Projects!
This program offers a practical and comprehensive approach to Building Information Modeling (BIM) for its students. Students are asked to specialize in Roads & Highways, Railways & Metro Lines, Tunnels & Bridges, or Subsurface Utilities and become fully-capable in BIM for infrastructure construction.
