His aim is to ensuring reliable project outcomes and a pleasant and fun process on the way to get there, achieving that by implementation of lean methodologies.
He has ample experience in the construction industry as an engineer and project manager.
Karel is also a Leadership practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
