Next May 25, 26 and 27, Zigurat will host the Lean Construction Week, which will bring together the leading Lean experts of the moment. This gathering, which will have sessions in three languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese), aims to provide attendees with a 360º vision (with academic, institutional and corporate perspectives) on the state of implementation of the Lean methodology in the construction sector at an international level.
After the absolute success of the Lean Construction Summit (in Spanish language), which took place last January, Zigurat bets on a new event with Lean Construction as the central theme, and this time at international scale.
Lean Construction Week aims to be an industry meeting place where more than 20 experts will meet to discuss the latest trends in this methodology. Academics, companies and institutions from all over the world will delve into the newest tendencies in collaborative planning and management as they share real case studies.
Real case studies narrated by different industry voices
Improved value stream, time and cost savings and better communication between teams involved in projects are just some of the benefits that Lean Construction paves the way for. And it is not surprising that those who have already reaped its fruits become true preachers of this methodology.
These “Lean preachers” will narrate their experiences in different time slots: at 15:00 in Portuguese language, at 18:00 in English, and at 19:30 in Spanish (GMT+2).
The academic directors of the different editions of the masters in Construction Project Management (Juan Felipe Pons, Bruno Mota and Karel Kalis) will be in charge of opening the event. Representatives of international Lean Construction Institutes, such as Lean Institute Brasil, LCI Mexico or LCI Argentina, will follow them. And this event will also include presentations by leading companies from all over the world, such as Climb Consulting, Prevision or VisiLean. You can check all confirmed speakers on the webpage of the event.
If you have not registered yet, there is still time. Do not miss the international meeting of the leading Lean experts of the moment!
