Miguel Vaz works in the wealth management space with Kintaro Capital and is technical leader with experience in innovative technologies in the financial sector. He evaluates blockchain projects and cryptocurrencies. As a management consultant at d-fine, a top quant-risk boutique, he advised and worked with the European Central Bank, exchanges, commercial banks and startups on both Blockchain and AI topics, building issuance platforms, payment infrastructures, etc. He has a PhD in Robotics and AI with Honda and a degree in Mathematical Finance from Oxford University. He is co-organizer of the recently launched Frankfurt Smart Contract Meetup.
