Choosing a change management approach must go hand-in-hand with the strategic priorities of the company.

The contents of the course cover a variety of of real-world examples, and during the sessions of this workshop, the participants will explore the latest research on the topic and build specific tactics and plans for adapting Change Management to Innovation and Agile Iterative Development.

Disruptors and innovators in different business units and functional areas, entrepreneurs and SME owners - all need a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be a Change Agent through Innovation.

Nowadays, in a VUCAH world – Volatile, Uncertain, Changing, ambiguous and Hyper-Connected -, the consumption of products or services changes continuously. Many companies and entrepreneurs design offers that do not meet the expectations of people or communities. That’s why a special focus will also be on Human-Centered Design approach that will be useful to the participants when addressing the core needs of their clients and developing practical and innovative solutions to the problems. It’s a process of designing products, services, systems and experiences oriented to the user from social perspective and with solid ethical arguments.

Module 1
Foundations

This first block search for knowing the environment in which our personal and professional lives unfold, to discover how vital interaction with our environment is, and also continuous adaptability as a guideline for action. Methods and tools that allow us to deal with this agile mentality in a dystopian world will also be known.

Module 2
Shaping the Future

Shaping the Future takes the step forward in thinking like a changemaker, understanding the keys to transformative processes, and how to prepare for change. It will also work on the practical side of developing, designing, executing, and extracting lessons from innovation projects as elements that build new scenarios.
