Rebecca De Cicco is a Digital Transformation Leader and Business Director of Digital Transformation at Beca, with over 15 years of expertise in digital engineering and BIM management. With a background in architecture, she has pioneered digital enablement through leadership roles at Aurecon, DBM Vircon, and as the founder of Digital Node. Her career is defined by a commitment to harnessing technology to drive operational efficiency and strategic innovation across the global built environment.

Rebecca is also the Founder and Global Chair of Women in BIM (WIB), where she champions gender diversity and inclusion on a global scale. A Chartered Construction Manager and advocate for neurodiversity, she actively supports government initiatives and mentors the next generation of industry leaders. Her work continues to shape the future of digital construction, positioning her as a transformative force in the global BIM landscape.
