Karel is dedicated to transforming the "how" of building, utilising Lean methodologies to simplify complex projects, shorten lead times, and foster environments of transparency and positive energy.
Beyond his executive and academic roles, Karel brings a unique blend of technical expertise and behavioral science to his work. He holds a BSc in Building Engineering and is a certified NLP Advanced Leadership practitioner, allowing him to effectively enthuse and align teams toward shared success. His extensive background includes years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager and Engineer, as well as contributions to notable publications on Lean revitalisation in prestigious projects like the Rijksmuseum.
