Francisco Carmona

Civil Engineer (Universidad Politécnica de Valencia) with an MSc in Big Data, Business Intelligence and Data Science (Universidad Internacional de Valencia, VIU), specialising in asset management and advanced data modelling.

As Founding Partner and Director of Infrastructure at QUANTIA, he leads the innovation and digitalisation strategy across the asset lifecycle using BIM methodologies, digital twins and AI & IoT solutions to optimise every stage from design through to maintenance.

He has delivered keynote presentations at leading industry forums and events, sharing practical approaches for integrating enterprise information systems and applying machine learning in civil infrastructure.

Throughout his career, he has driven BIM roll-out projects for public-sector bodies in the UK and spearheaded innovation and digitalisation initiatives at major consultancies, bringing deep expertise in asset management under ISO 55000 and in data-driven strategic decision-making.
